As a Life Coach, I work with clients to -

LIFE COACHING,  whether delivered in a context of meeting professional development goals, or used to help clients move from their "stuck places" or guiding them through life's transitions, is an intentional process of managing change.  My role as a coach is to help my clients IDENTIFY goals, objectives or changes desired in their lives, CO-CREATE an agreed plan to get there, and PROVIDE the support and accountability for the journey ahead.

The International  Coach Federation (ICF),the largest coaching credentialing and support organization in the world defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their potential.  Professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives.  Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs.  They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful.  The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has."

Life & executive coaching

My philosophy and commitment to my clients are framed from more than 30 years in human relations and organizational development work.  Journeys of change are often difficult to begin because of fear.  My work is about co-creating change  that brings individual, family, and organizational clarity and greater purpose.  This supportive and purposeful approach in realizing their desired outcomes, allows my clients the opportunity to resolve their inner conflicts, impediments, and identify the tools and processes to achieve their goals.
